Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WEIGHING IN WITH A BIG DEAL • PM Electronics of Bradford is to become the sole importer of American Lodec on-board weighing systems. It formerly imported the equipment through Europe.

PM's deal with Lodec of Seattle will help the British company to speed up its expansion programme and to increase the efficiency of its installation service.

As payload control regulations became more stringent, demand for super-accurate weighing systems will grow, says PM. The Lodec equipment's margin of error is as low as 0.5%, the same as that fitted to the fuel tanks on American craft. For details phone Bradford (0274) 664606.

THOMPSON JEWITT'S SWISS DEAL • Thompson Jewitt International, part of United Carriers International, has strengthened its Swiss service with the signing of an agreement with a new partner, the Metzger and Richner-Speedag Group.

The partnership will offer an improved service for Thompson Jewitt's existing customers.
