Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A STRIKE at Plaxton's Scarborough works has stopped production of coaches for the British market, but the company is pressing ahead with plans to revamp its range for 1985.

The interior design of the 3200 and 3500 coaches have been redesigned with individual fresh air vents and reading lamps, and much more soft trim is used.

Headlamps and grilles have been redesigned, and windscreens have been lowered by 5.5in. A low driving position is also being offered as an option, initially on Daf chassis, but on other makes before the end of this year.

No changes are being made to the double-deck 4000 coach which went into limited production earlier this year.
