Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A QUICK release four-pin fixing has been designed for the hydraulic lorry-mounted cranes made by Lyka Cranes Ltd, Blackpool Road, Preston. With this feature, the crane can be self-demounting.

A special sub-frame supports the crane and the weight is taken by two hooks on the tail of the chassis. Four removable pins locate the frame and these can be slipped out when the crane is to be demounted.

To accomplish the transfer, the weight of the assembly is supported by the lowered crane jib and two hydraulic stabiliser legs act together to form a tripod.

Self-sealing quick-release couplings in the hydraulic hoses maintain sufficient pressure on the rams to hold the crane assembly in this position until another chassis has been backed into position and the crane refitted.

Lyka claims that the whole operation takes only a few minutes.
