Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• "A new deal for tipper men" is how George Neville, of Neville Truck Equipment Ltd describes his demountable tipper body which is shown for the first time this week at Earls Court. The body will give flexibility of operation to tipper operators whose businesses normally fluctuate with seasonal demand. Those carrying coal or abrasive materials in bulk have found it difficult, in the past, to employ their vehicles on more "refined" traffics during a seasonal trough.

The vehicle is designed to carry ISO containers, but can be further adapted to carry almost any type of body. The change from tipper to container carrier, according to Mr Neville, can be made in less than 10 minutes.
