• The first commercial vehicle manufacturer to offer the Lockheed Antilok system, designed to prevent a vehicle's driven wheels locking under heavy braking, is Chrysler UK Ltd. A two-wheel version of the -system is to be available as a special equipment option on two attic units, the 26-ton Dodge KP 950 and the 28-ton Dodge KP 1000.
A kit version of the Antilok system has been developed by the parts and service division of Automotive Products Co Ltd for installation on all types of commercial vehicles using full air braking.
