On show for the first time, a new Freightmaster 39ft 6in. semi-trailer van is designed for carrying frozen foods and has a capacity of 2180 cu ft. It is insulated with 4in. Of polyurethane, which is sprayed in-situ, and the refrigerating unit is a Petter PDL50 electrically driven unit designed for operation by mains current or by a diesel-electric power pack. A second Freightmaster is also new and comprises an articulated semi-drop-deck dry-freight van, designed for operation at 32 tons gross. Having an overall length of 40ft, its capacity is 2790 Cu ft.
