While the chassis in each case is a Leyland Terrier TR650 model of 132in. wheelbase, one body has a standard GX tilt cab and the other a new moulded glassfibre double-skinned three-seat cab of.integral construction.

The bodies have frames of light-alloy section, and internal dimensions include a length of 15ft .5in, and a width of 7ft 1in., the overall height being 11ft 6in. Detail features include a drop well with a 4ft welkin tailboard; one body has half-doors above the board and the other an aluminium shutter.
