The two exhibits on this stand are sideopening bodies designed for use in restricted areas. One is an insulated van with steel framework, known as the Euro-wall, that has sliding doors and is built to TIR specifications on a 3111 24-ton-gross semi-trailer chassis; it is equipped with an electro-hydraulic tail-lift, and can carry a payload of 17 tons, its internal width being 7ft 11 ..in. Based on a Bedford KDL chassis/cab, the second body has a length of 23ft and provides for an unladen vehicle weight of under 3 tons on selected chassis. it is designed to carry palletized bottles and has detachable side-centre pillars, closure being provided by pvc blinds.
