Running gear is George Neville's own heavy-duty rubber suspension for on-off highway applications. The 18ft long Samson body is all-welded aluminium and hes a 38 cu yd capacity. An Edbro single ram tipping gear is used, mounted outside the body front and no recess into the loadspace is required at the body front panel with this method of tipping.

The leaf spring running gear is built to GN specification and the tandem axle bogie is plated to 19 tons. Gross trailer weight is 28.5 tons. With a uniformly distributed load the bogie is positioned to carry 18 tons, therefore the operator has a 1 ton weight distribution tolerance on the bogie.

A rubber dolly fitted with a York 10-ton axle and the all-rubber Genco single-axle suspension is also shown.
