The Hydro-couple is a 14 tons payload capacity low-loader capable of being loaded from either side or the front. The trailer — well known in the industry --. uses air/hydraulic powered front landing legs to lift-lower the platform; a shepherd's crook mechanism 'locates and secures the gooseneck to trailer. For wide loads the shepherd's crook hinges outward to give an unobstructed approach. Running gear is a ROR M series tandem axle unit which needs no lubrication; rubber bushed radius rods provide positive location for the 22500 series axles.
