Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

B. Dixon-Bate Ltd, Bridge Works, Tarvin Road, Chester CH3 5NA.

A 7.75 tons gross, 21ft-long Unibox semi-trailer is shown by Dixon-Bate together with an 8 tons gross ground-loading semi-trailer introduced earlier this year.

The Unibox is an independently sprung step-frame boxvan designed for low-density payloads. The suspension is of the trailing arm type utilizing Aeon rubber units as the suspension medium. The absence of body-width axles enables a low floor height to be obtained.

The 7.75 tons gross trailer weight allows a payload of approximately 6 tons (980 cu ft capacity).

The step-frame ground-loading semi-trailer has been designed to enable heavy equipment to be loaded /unloaded from the rear or side without crane facilities.

Independent trailing arm suspension with Aeon rubber springs for suspension and rebound is used. An electro-hydraulic system powers the deck up and down between the trailing axles. The landing legs are also hydraulically operated.

The top Platform is covered with 0.75in. plywood; the main deck with 1.25in. keruing.
