Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Magirus Deutz (Great Brit-din) Ltd,

Road Five, Industrial Estate, Wins ford, Cheshire.

Magirus Deutz has had considerable success with its premium 6 x 4 tipper vehicle and is now re-introducing road haulage vehicles and a new range of chassis specifically designed for Great Britain.

Three vehicles are on show and perhaps the most significant is a new eight-wheeled model designated 232D30FK 8 x 4. This model though to be sold only in the UK uses components that have been well proven in the existing German vehicle range. Designed for the tanker, tipper and bulk haulage market it is powered by a V8 direct injection air-cooled Deutz diesel producing 232 bhp at 2650 rpm. The latest forward control steel tilt cab is used and it is offered in right-hand-drive form. Power steering is standard. A 7F 6-80 gearbox is used for which a splitter box is available as an option. Final drive is through a double-drive bogie having hub reduction axles and a lockable third differential. The bogie uses a two-spring suspension to give maximum articulation and the front axles have long, flexible springs for a good ride. The show vehicle is fitted with a Telehoist front-of-body single ram gear and alloy body. Permitted gross vehicle weight is 30 tons.

A two-axle tractive unit for operation at 32 tons gcw, model 209D16F9 has been specifically designed for the British market and is seen for the first time. This model uses a version of the air-cooled V8 which has been derated to 209 bhp at 2300 rpm; it is coupled to a six-speed ZF gearbox. Righthand-drive power steering is standard and production vehicles will be equipped with full air brakes.

The third vehicle on the stand is a model 232D16F8 tractive unit fitted with left-hand drive and sleeper cab for Continental operation. This model will also be available later in 1973 with right-hand steering. The vehicle on show is a standard production model from Germany with a 3.5-metre (11ft Sin) wheelbase and luxury two-bunk sleeper cab. A 232 bhp air cooled Deutz V8 engine drives through a six-speed splitter gearbox giving 12 forward speeds. Designed gross train weight for this model is 38 tons.
