Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

in regulations in connection with the plating and braking of commercial vehicles I would like to know of any digest available on this subject.

ABecause of its importance full coverage

has been given in COMMERCIAL MOTOR to all the proposals and subsequent developments in connection with changes in the Construction and Use Regulations. In particular the June 30 issue contained a full report of the conference organized by the TRTA dealing with new legislation affecting Commercial vehicles, which provided a clear exposition of this admittedly complex subject.

Additionally, a booklet How to Meet the Brake Regulations in 1968 and Beyond can be obtained from Transport Press Service, 178 Fleet St., London, EC4, at 6s postage paid.

Although many will find it heavy reading the official source of the information, of course, is the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1966 No. 1288, from HMSO or any bookseller, price 6s 6d.
