Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

article about dust disposal the impression was given that the Rolonof demountable body system is Anglo-German (Sheppard Mettler). I had always understood that this was British equipment, although I know the UK company has German links. Am I wrong about this?

ANo. you are right. The Rolonof was

designed. developed and is built by Sheppard Fabrications Ltd., Barnham, Thetford, Norfolk. The confusion arose because certain hydraulic parts, for example rams, were made by F. X. Meiller, but this is simply a matter of production convenience and helps to achieve rationalization of spares.

It is the Sheppard Meiller skip-handling system which is entirely of German origin, and Sheppard holds the agency for F.X. Meiller products in the UK and certain other countries. The Barnham company in fact now does much of the designing and development work on the Sheppard Meiller units. But Rolonof units, compaction containers and open containers are of Sheppard design and manufacture.
