Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BR AMBER Stand 76 Bramber Engineering Co., Ltd., Waterloo Road, London, N.W.2.

THE six-wheeled 6-ton trailer and the two-wheeled 35-cwt. low-loading trailer on this stand incorporate the Bramber independent suspension system, in which rubber forms the resilient unit. Apart from its efficiency as a method of suspension, the Spencer Moulton Flexitor unit considerably reduces unsprung weight, as axle beams and springs are dispensed with.

The saving in weight on a vehicle of 12-cwt. carrying capacity is about 60 lb., and for one with a payload of 3 tons it is possible to save 300 lb. Another important feature is that there are no shackles or pins to wear, and no parts calling for lubrication.

Under certain conditions of operation, a high ground clearance is essential, and with the Bramber suspension, ground clearance is governed only by the floor height of the body.

The third machine exhibited is a twowheeled, 35-cwt. plant-carrying trailer with leaf-spring suspension,
