Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Cummins latest Euro-1 10 and 14-litre CELECT electronically controlled engines have unit injectors with solenoid control valves which can vary injection timing and fuel metering depending on engine load.

The drive-by-wire system (there's no mechanical link between the throttle pedal and fuel pump) is controlled by an advanced electronic control module (ECM), fitted on the left-hand side of the engine and cooled by fuel passing through its galleried mounting plate.

The ECM is fed signals from a variety of sensors providing manifold boost pressure, throttle position, engine speed and piston position and engine coolant temperature.
