tipper with hooklift/cranelift from a secure compound in Croydon, south London.

Thieves broke into the compound over the weekend of 3-5 October and took the tipper which has a white cab with a grey chassis and body.

Its registration number is J79 RNE with chassis number 1183159 and engine number D5905-5106497. The name Otis appears on the cab and body. Vehicle owner Manchester-based Otis Transport Services believes it is the victim of a recent increase in the theft of vehicles with hook and crane lifts. No other vehicles were stolen.
