• A seminar on the transport and control of waste products will be held in Birmingham on 28 October.
It will be hosted by the Institute of Logistics and Distribution Management, which says the seminar will be of benefit to logistics managers, depot, transport, warehouse and inventory managers.
Speakers will discuss the environmental impact of waste disposal; the duty and care and the legal responsibilities; transport of waste and the implementation of a waste management system.
