• Crisis management will be covered in a one-day conference organised by the Institute of Grocery Distribution.
Problems such as product contamination and criminal exhortation will be discussed at the IGD's Conference Centre, Letchmore Heath, Watford, Herts, on 25 November.
Speakers will include Tim Conlon, retail communications manager for Asda Stores and Derek Prentice, director general of The Consumers Association.
