Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SKIP-TIP ENGINEERING of Dinnington, near Sheffield, has added a twin-bin system to its range of mini-skip handling equipment, suitable for use on new or used flat-bodied vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes gross.

Hydraulic power is supplied by a gearbox-mounted power take-off for the twin handling frames and chassis stabilisers. These are controlled by levers mounted on the nearside of the chassis behind the cab.

The system permits the carriage of up to 10 empty skips for distribution to sites or two full skips, each having a two-ton capacity. A patented variable tipping device is incorporated at the rear of the body.

When not in use, the twin handling frames can be positioned in such a way that the converted vehicle can be used as an ordinary flat or drop-sided vehicle.

Fully equipped, an extra 700kg (1,5441b) is added to the chassiscab weight, and the system costs £3,600 excluding vat.
