Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It's almost like a history page this week, so here's another tale. If you like historic details, and let me say here the only date I can remember is 55 BC when the Romans brought us civilistation (why didn't they mind their own business) you may like Licensed to Carry — Leyland's 80 years in Commercial Transport. The press notice says that it's "a special book of great interest to everyone whose eyes light up at the sight of an historic bus or truck". Well, if that's what turns you on you can dash off to your newsagent or bookseller and buy one for £1.25.

And while you're there, buy a diary, because you're the kind of chap who won't want to miss the Historic Vehicle Silver Jubilee Tribute at Windsor and Ascot next May 7 and 8. My information is that about 1,000 examples of restored transport will be on show, from bicycles to steam traction engines. Details of this event are obtainable from HVSJT, 32 Chesham Place, London SW1 .
