Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCOTLAND: Ma. At Strathclyde, the westbound carriageway is closed for one and half miles, west of St James Interchange, Paisley. Two-way traffic travels along the eastbound side.

M74. Two-way traffic uses the southbound (Strathclyde) carriageway at junction 5 (A725 exit) known as the Raith Interchange.

M90. The nearside lane of the Pitreavie slip road (junction 2) is closed northbound.

Northern England: Ml. In South Yorkshire, extra care is needed on the approach to Tinsley Viaduct as only one lane is open in each direction for a distance of three quarters of a mile.

Midlands: Ml. At Leicester, traffic travelling in both directions is sharing one side of the carriageway between junctions 21 and 22.

Ml. Southbound entry to the motorway is prohibited at junction 27 from the A608 Mansfield Road. Lane closures on the southbound carriageway near this access point also apply.

Wales and the West: M4. Both carriageways have various lane closures between junction 24 and junction 25 at Newport.

M4. The next phase of the scheme to widen the M4 between the Coldra and Caerleon interchanges has now begun. Work on the westbound carriageway will result in the closure of the left-hand lane and hard shoulder. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained in each direction during the work.

M5. Delays can be expected when travelling north and southbound from Bridgwater at junction 23 to Honiton (junction 27) due to various lane closures. South-east England: M10. The northbound carriageway is closed in its entirety while repairs are carried out. Diversions, which are signposted, include the A405 north orbital road, from which access is available to the M1 at junction 6 (Watford/St Albans/Hatfield.) Ml. There is extensive coning and lane closures on both carriageways between junction 13 (Bedford exit) and the Northampton county boundary. Delays are likely for southbound drivers.

M27. In Hampshire, motorists can only use the hard shoulder east and westbound in the vicinity of junction 9 (the A27 Fareham turn-off).

Al. Reconstruction work on the Rowley Lane Flyover on the Barnet By-pass will mean occasional closures of one or both carriageways between now and March, mostly at weekends.

A2. Congestion and delays are expected until mid-December near the Dartford Tunnel/Swanley exit of the motorway due to repair work.

M26. The new 9.1-mile stretch of the motorway between Sevenoaks and Wrotham in Kent is now open. This new stretch of road links with the M25 Sevenoaks Interchange, and in the east, with the M20 Maidstone road.

Ireland. Major roadworks at Bachelor's Walk, Dublin, have started and will result in diversions for the next nine months. At least one lane of traffic is in operation at all times at Bachelor's walk and Ormond Quay. The normal direction of traffic flow has been reversed on Liffey Street Lower.
