DESPITE OPPOSITION from tI operating industry, Junk Transport Minister Kennel Clarke has announced that Itt Department of Transport inviting psv operators to hal, their premises approved a authorised testing centres.
The new arrangements for ar nual vehicle tests come int operation by January 1, 198: and one of the conditions c authorisation will be that th testing of other operators vehicles is taken on. Bu operators would also have th option of having their vehicle tested at hgv centres.
