AMENDMENTS to the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1973 have been proposed and circulated for comment by the Department of the Environment.

These are minor amendments and involve correction of errors in metrication such as in the definition of a dual purpose vehicle amending the relevant unladen weight from 2,030 kg to 2,040 kg.
