AN EAST ANGLIAN cog operator, F. E. Underwood, ti ing as J. J. Starling, has b given a last chance by Trans; Secretary David Howell, lowing an appeal against revocation of his operatc licence by the Eastern Tra Commissioners.
The Commissioners' decis followed inspections on Starl vehicles last year, when 1 coaches were found to "totally unsatisfactory". Howell's inspector said the c dition of the vehicles on th: and other occasions demo trated that Underwood was ensuring that maintenance v carried out effectively.
