One thing stands out like a sore thumb, however, and this is the stony silence of the hauliers themselves. It is not enough to stand back and leave it to champions of the industry, such as The Commercial Motor, to answer the critics.
Come on hauliers—it's your business that is under fire. Your silence can only confirm the general public's view that the accusations are true. Are they?
