drivers of Marks and Spencer Ltd. are to meet at Birmingham to hear a report from Mr. A. D. Law, commercial trade group secretary of the Transport and General Workers' Union, concerning protests from the drivers that reports are being made on the cleanliness of their hands and clothing and whether they smoke whilst on duty. Drivers have supplied the union with a copy of a form which, they claim, is filled in by a supervisor or member of the supervisory staff. This form is headed
Transport Hygiene" and various questions concerning cleanliness and so on have to be answered.
