BRITISH passenger vehicles gained six out of the first seven places in the International Tulip Rally in Holland last week. A Leyland Comet 90 fullforward-control coach led a field of 42 British, American,, Swedish, German and Dutch vehicles and won the premier award.

The event consisted of a 125-mile run over winding roads at an average speed of 45 m.p.h.
