EXHIBITOR NUMBERS for Tip-ex 2012 have surpassed last year’s level and are fast approaching the record set in 2008, say organisers.
The show, running from 25-27 May in Harrogate, will see 14 trailer makers and bodybuilders exhibiting, as well as bulk transport products ranging from walking floors, to tipping tankers and volumetric concrete mixers, to ejectors. Trucks from 7.5 tonnes upwards will be on show from the likes of Renault, Daf, MAN, Hino, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Isuzu and Mitsubishi. Newcomers include tipper and body manufacturer Thompsons and Charlton, the Road Haulage Association, Wabco and Finnish steel product supplier Ruukki.
Free seminars organised by CM in conjunction with the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management are being held, while the first Tip-ex Haulier of the Year Award will be announced at the gala dinner.
