EXCISE LICENCE and drivers' hours fines have led to the revocation of the two vehicle/two trailer licence held by Lancashire operator Alan Smith, trading as A. Smith Andmar of Swinton.
Smith appeared at disciplinary proceedings before North Western Deputy Licensing Authority Kenneth Birchall.
This followed convictions on four offences of using a vehicle without an excise licence, three of fraudulently using an excise licence and one of fraudently altering an excise licence.
