• Higher prices for Bedford trucks and p.s.v. chassis and Vauxhall cars took effect on Tuesday. Examples of the new prices are:— HAE 6cwt van £424; J2S chassis-cab £833 petrol. £964 diesel; KA chassis-cab £861 petrol, £992 diesel: KFA tractor chassis-cab, £1,334 (diesel); KGA £1,637 (diesel); VAS chassis 959 (petrol); VAM chassis £1.675 (diesel): VAL £1,971 (diesel): SB £1137 (petrol).
