T. H. Kinning has been appointed Automotive Products group purchase director. to be based at Leamington Spa. Mr. Kinning was formerly AP group supplies manager. G. D. Spears has been appointed director and deputy general manager. service and spares division, Banbury. Mr. Pears was formerly that division's assistant general manager. R. E. Watson has been appointed marketing director, service and spares division. He was formerly sales manager at Banbury.
F. P. Kendall, Jnr. has been appointed deputy managing director in charge of marketing and supplies, Continental Oil Co. Ltd. Mr. Kendall has been deputy managing director (marketing) for Continental Oil since 1965.
G. D. Stubbings, 48, has been appointed manager. industrial engineering. Wingard Ltd., of Chichester. Mr. Stubbings was lately chief production engineer at GEC. Portsmouth. Other Wingard appointments:

B. R. Mathews is joining Transport Press Services. which provides journalistic and product-advice services to the road transport industry and its technical Press. Mr. Mathews was technical editor of Transport Journal. W. M. Dravers has been elected chairman of Southdown Motor Services Ltd. in succession to R. P. Beddow, who is shortly retiring from active business. Mr. Beddow. who was elected a director of the company in 1942, has been chairman since 1946. S. J. B. Skyrme has been appointed a director to fill the vacancy caused by Mr. Beddow's resignation from the board.
