• To enable operators to check whether their vehicles are up to MoT test standard, Crown Garage.), Rainham Road South, Dagenham, Essex, is opening a commercial vehicle testing centre on March 25. It is fully equipped and will issue a printed factual report following a test similar to that which the official test stations will operate.
