• Presentation of the Don Safety Trophy to the motor manufacturer whose vehicle is adjudged to have made the greatest contribution to road safety in 1967 will be made by Professor Colin Buchanan at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on April 8. Colin Buchanan is Professor of Transport at the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London.
• Stressing the value of group training schemes in such a fragmented industry as road haulage, the RTITB has invited firms interested in joining a group training scheme to write to the Manager, Board Training Facilities, Capitol House, Empire Way, Wembley, The manager. Mr. J. W. Milder, would also be glad to hear of any spare capacity for training of any type within the industry.
