• On Wednesday, a delegation—of eigl members and the divisional secretary—fro' the East Midlands Division of the TRT. met the East Midlands group of Labot MPs at the House of Commons. The Ass ciation members hoped to obtain suppo from the 27 MPs who make up this Labot Party group in opposing those parts of ti Transport Bill which were felt to be (lett mental to trade, industry, and agricultur A memorandum which the deputatic presented at Wednesday's meeting stresse the lack of flexibility created by the proposc cuts in drivers' hours and the particul; problems which quantity licensing woul raise.
