Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFTER experimenting for some time, Birmingham Manufacturers and Traders, Ltd., 127, Park Road, Aston, Birmingham, has introduced the Masterpiece fire-extinguisher, The body is of heavy-gauge weldless-steel tube, which is eleetro-tinned to protect it from rust and from the corrosive action of the firefighting chemicals.

There are only two non-metal washers and both these can be replacedeasily and without wasting the chemicals. There is no delicate nozzle to form an easily damaged point, the liquid in this case being discharged through an orifice in a substantial hexagon at one end of the extinguisher.

Owing to its pump mechanism the Masterpiece is simple to operate, and will discharge in any reqiiired direction regardless of the position in• which it is held. Furthermore, as the discharge occurs straight from the end opposi6 to the pump handle, it can be aimed accurately at the fire.

The price of the Masterpiece is distinctly moderate. The.quart-size publicservice-vehicle model, which is guaranteed to conform with the specifications of the Fire Offices' Committee, costs 1.1 12s. ed. retail, finished in black or in oxidized copper ; chromium plated, it The Masterpiece Are extinguisher and its component parts.
