• Disciplinary proceedings involving Monmouth-based Greenlands fransport have been adjourned while the company has its trailers inspected by a commercial garage to certify that they are in good condition and would pass the MoT test.
South Wales Licensing Authority John Mervyn Pugh advised the company to have the trailers checked as quickly as possible, otherwise they could be caught up in the renewal of the licence and he would be left with no alternative but to suspend the licence.
