• W lilting of Great Yarmouth is to merge with its sister company JD Fairweather giving Fairweather a total fleet of 36 vehicles.
Utting was taken over by Fairweather in 1980 but the companies continued to trade under separate names until the merger announcement. Under the deal, Fairweather has absorbed all Utfing's vehicles and staff at its new base on the Hartreys industrial estate in . Great Yarmouth.
