Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A dedicated independent scheduled airfreight trucking service, linking Britain's main air cargo gateways, will be launched on 1 July, named Time Truck/Inter Airport.

The service, devised by a group of Association for Distribution Development air cargo consultants and Hove transport operator Time Truck, is based on two "loops".

The southern loop starts at Gatwick and calls at Heathrow, Luton and Stansted, returning to Gatwick. The longer, trunkmg, loop takes in Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands and Leeds/Bradford airports before returning to Gatwick.

Once the service is established, there are plans to introduce provincial feeder services from Scottish airports, Newcastle and Teesside, Liverpool, Cardiff, Bristol and Southampton, says a company spokesman.

The service will offer a tariff based on a per kilo rate with a minimum consignment charge.
