Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Significant advances in plastics technology have enabled Boydell and Jacks to produce thermoplastics mudguards to an improved formula. It is claimed that the latest mudguards are immune to attack from most chemicals and corrosives and that this quality is combined with toughness and resilience. Known as the Featherwing S type, the mudguards are moulded by a rotational method from a special blend of polyethelene.

In addition to single-arch mudguards, a wing suitable for tandem-axles is also available. A special version, the Polar, is suitable for use in conditions down to —35deg C.

Price: El 2 a pair in black finish for single arch applications; £23.75 a pair for tandem axles. Made by: Boydell and Jacks Ltd, Sunderland Street Works, Gannow Lane, Burnley, Lancs, BB.12 6HY.
