Movement of the two sections
the boom is effected by sans of two double-acting draulic cylinders which are ovided with restrictors to ntrol the lowering of the 3tform in case of failure. /draulic control valves are .lated at the base of the boom d can be operated from the it-form or from the base as luired. Both boom motions n be operated simultaneously. As an optional extra, the 3chine may be fitted with ntrol equipment to provide a :wing motion. The safe vking load is 204kg (450Ib) d a bull's-eye spirit level is :ed to ensure that the trailer is rked in a level position during eration. Manually adjustable t-riggers are provided.
The weight, complete with assis, is approximately 610kg 11 2cwt): without the chassis it is 280kg (5.5cwt). The overall dimensions in the travelling position comprise a length of 4.74m (15ft Sin.), a height of 2.36m (7ft gin.) and a width of 1.42m (4ft 8in.).
