Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRUCK RACING in the UK is to adopt a GPS-based approach to monitoring the performance of competing trucks.

Throughout almost all the sport's history, a 100mph limit has been imposed on safety grounds and this has been enforced by analogue tachographs.

Now the British Truck Racing Association has reached an agreement for MiX Telematics to provide the sole monitoring function in races with its Fleet Manager system.

As well as recording race speeds, the system will give drivers immediate warnings of over-speeding, as well as providing evidential reports to help settle any post-race proceedings. The move follows a period of testing in the first half of the season.
