Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN ASSOCIATION has been formed for independent drivers who operate light commercial vehicles in logistics and transport, The Independent Drivers Association (IDA) is designed to help members increase their businesses, protect their companies and reduce overheads.

Brian Regan, chief executive for the new association, says: "The Independent Drivers Association was borne out of frustration at the lack of a dedicated resource within the industry for independent drivers whose livelihood depends on their own success."

Benefits for members of the IDA will include recognised accreditation and a range of discounts with service providers in insurance, education, training and factoring, as well as cheaper ferry crossings and fuel cards.
