Although the war in Kosovo is over, there are still tough challenges facing aid agencies working with the refugees of that conflict. As always, throughout the troubles, the transport industry has been only too willing to help in whatever way it can to alleviate the suffering 01 the Balkans. Seen here shaking hands on a good deed well done are (left) Mike Good hand, head of international logistics for the British Red Cross: and Rob Hatfield, fleet and LCV director of Fiat Auto (UK). The company has donated eight Fiat Ducato minibuses to the Red Cross which will be used to help Kosovar refugees in Albania where it has 40 branches.
