Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Customs seized 30,000 litres of diesel, believed to have been smuggled, from a trailer in Armagh after the driver abandoned his truck and ran away. The diesel was hidden in tanks behind five rows of cardboard boxes containing polystyrene and tool kits.

A spokesman for Customs & Excise in Belfast says there were two oil tanks, one of which could have been home-made while the other looked as though it was a home heating container. The RAC contacted Customs after the trailer collapsed under the weight of the load; Customs is now appealing for the owner or driver of the vehicle to come forward.
