• The founder of Irish haulage operation Nolan Transport and some employees face charges arising from the bitter labour dispute that began in February.
Founder James Nolan Senior will appear at New Ross District Court on 3 September to face the charges of dangerous driving, common assault and conduct calculated to lead to a breach of the peace.

Six Nolan drivers have picketed the County Wexford haulier since February following the sacking of two drivers who wanted their pay to be negotiated through a union.
