Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TNT EUROPFAST is the company's latest urgent parcels delivery service, linking the UK with any of the Paris postal districts.

A 24-hour service is guaranteed from the South East of England, and a published tariff is now available. A collection and delivery network has been established, and other parts of the UK can use the service by means of the TNT Sameday scheme linking the network with other parts of the country.

Goods for Paris are routed through TNT Europfast's Inland Clearance Depot at Lanham and are loaded on to one of the trunk vehicles which leave every evening for Paris.

On arrival just after dawn, consignments are customs-cleared and then delivered throughout the city during the same morning.

Other parts of Europe will be included in the 24-hour network at a later date.
