Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A mobile hose reel unit known as the Hasel Porto-Reel is designed to enable cleaning and hosing-down operations to be carried out efficiently and speedily at factories, garages and industrial buildings and is produced by Haselden Engineering Products Ltd. It comprises a robust through-feed hose trolley which incorporates a 200ft capacity Hasel reel as an integral part of the complete unit. The Porto-Reel is wheeled to the tap or stand-pipe position and the reel's centre unit is connected up by means of a short length of supply hose. The water supply is turned on and the main hose can simply be "walked" to wherever it is required, water flowing continuously while the reel rotates freely under pressures of up to 100 psi.

It runs on a pair of 6in. polypropylene wheels fitted with rubber tyres and is mounted on a through axle to give greater strength. The single handle enables the unit to be wheeled easily using either hand.

Complete protection against industrial atmospheres and weather conditions is provided by the unit's red nylon coating. All working parts of the reel are self-lubricating and rust-proof, while the trolley itself is made of 16 swg seamless drawn-steel tube. • Made by: Hese!den Engineering Products Ltd, 33 Swaisland Drive, Crayford, Kent.

Price: £11 15s; (hose extra).
