Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new destination and new route are features of the 20th Semaine Internationale du Car (international coach rally) which is due to be held from May 11 to May 15, inclusive. Previously the destination of this biennial event has been Nice; this year the coaches entering the rally will converge on Monaco, travelling via the Grand St Bernard tunnel and the new VeveyMontreux-Rennaz motorway, opened last November.

The awards will be presented by Prince Rainier of Monaco. Applications should be made to M. D. Jaquinet, secretary-general of Routiers Suisses, 5 Rue des Amis, Lausanne, Switzerland.
