• A new company, Scottorn Trailers Ltd, is being formed, as from January 31, as a subsidiary of T. T. Boughton and Sons Ltd, to assume all the responsibilities which have hitherto been those of Scottorn Ltd, New Malden.
Address of the new company is Bell Lane, Amersham, Bucks (telephone, Chesham 2631) where the existing range of Scottorn trailers will be manufactured and the business carried on as before, with Mr F. W. Elvy as sales manager. Mr G. Scottorn will be the director responsible for overseas business.
